Exercise Options
Circuits
A circuit training group workout class aimed at increasing your general fitness and conditioning. We use a variety of fitness “toys” - dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, TRX, yoga balls, etc. Class is capped at 4 people.
Core & Cardio
A focused group workout that strengthens your core while boosting heart health and endurance. We’ll mix strength and conditioning drills to leave you energized and balanced. Class is capped at 4 people.
Weightlifting
A small group resistance training session using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to develop strength and muscle. Learn proper technique while getting progressively stronger each week. Class is capped at 3 people.
Inclusive Small Group training classes in Asheville
Imagine stepping into my plant and rainbow-filled studio and meeting three or four other awesome people who are all on a journey to reject toxic fitness culture, get strong, and feel better in their bodies.
We’ll get to know each other with a brief check in while we warm up, then we’ll do a scalable, customizable workout. These fitness classes are small group training sessions, designed with multiple options to fit your body and needs, and classes are small enough that we can give you a bit of personalized attention. This creates an environment where people who are brand new to fitness can work out alongside folks who have been doing it for years, and we all support each other with encouragement and camaraderie.
We’ll wrap up with a cool-down and check out, so you can give us feedback about your experience and make sure you’re leaving feeling better than you came.
