What if I only have time to work out at home?

That’s okay. We’re here to support you even if you can’t make it to the studio.

Personalized Programming is the most effective and affordable way for us to offer our services. Instead of having us with you in the gym counting every rep and set, we’ll write a custom program for you, and you take it from there!

Personalized Programs are best for people who have some experience working out and already feel pretty good about their form, but just aren’t sure how to write their programs or what exercises to select.

*After that time, you’ll want to get another fresh new program so you don’t plateau and you keep getting results!

How the program works:

We’ll meet during an online assessment over Zoom, where I get to know you, your body, and your needs. From the information I gather, I will design your customized workout program. 

Within 5 business days (usually much sooner), you’ll get a PDF of your custom program, along with links to videos of the exercises. You’ll also get warm up and stretching videos, and my free exercise guide.

No contracts, recurring, or hidden fees. Once you’re ready for a new program, reach back out to me and we’ll build from there!
