Certified Personal Trainer
Our Certified Trainers are the leaders of the jungle—helping clients navigate their fitness paths with empathy, adaptability, and professionalism. Trainers are expected to design and deliver personalized programs, foster accountability, and create a welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds and abilities.
At Jungle Gym, we prioritize emotional intelligence, body neutrality, and regulated leadership. Our trainers meet clients where they are—on good days and hard ones alike—guiding them toward sustainable progress, not perfection.

Personal Trainer Apprentice
New to the field? The Jungle Gym Apprenticeship Program is designed to help emerging trainers develop real-world coaching skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. Apprentices shadow experienced trainers, learn how to program effectively, and gradually take on clients as their confidence and knowledge grow.
This structured pathway includes observation, mock coaching, and progressive client work—culminating in full certification and the opportunity to step into a full trainer role within our team. Along the way, you’ll receive consistent mentorship, feedback, and the encouragement you need to thrive.
If you’re curious, compassionate, and excited to help people move better and feel better, this is your first step into the jungle.
Pay range: $10–$35/hour depending on phase and certification status.
